
Christy Tennant Krispin is an Associate Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation who provides individual and group coaching for companies focused on organizational health, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Her professional background is in the corporate and non-profit sectors, including Elizabeth Arden Inc., Corchia Woliner Rhoda, International Arts Movement, and Christianity Today (New York City), and the Medical College of Virginia and Virginia Power (Richmond, VA). In Seattle, she founded A Fostered Life, providing coaching and training for foster parents, and her articles and videos are used by departments of social services throughout the U.S. and abroad.
In addition to her work as a leadership coach, Christy is an ordained minister and chaplain.
As an officer on the Board of Directors for My Father’s House International, Christy supports the work of La Casa de mi Padre, a children’s home in El Salvador. She is also on the Board of the Krispin Jacobs Family Foundation, which provides funding for organizations working on behalf of at-risk youth.
Christy and her husband have five children and call the city of Roanoke, Virginia “home.”
